Nucon International, Inc has developed and commercialized the reverse Brayton Cycle process to control pollution and recover resources. The BRAYCYCLE® Solvent Recovery System (SRS) is the most efficient and cost effective system available for most solvent based polymer applications.

The BRAYCYCLE® SRS operates on direct condensation. Nothing is added to the process stream. Recovered Solvents are clean and directly recyclable. The carrier gas (air or nitrogen) can be 100% recycled providing a clean dry supply source. Process heat can be returned to the production system for the most material and energy efficient system possible.

These systems are supplied skid mounted and factory checked out for ease of installation and start-up. They are automatically controlled by an industrial computer. Any degree of data interchange and process interface desired by the client is easily provided by NUCON's experienced control engineers. The NUCON BRAYCYCLE® system is "essentially" invisible to the production operator. Full VALIDATION can be performed by NUCON as an option.
