The company serves as a United Kingdom agent for Leak Sealing Enclosures, Clamps and Products manufactured by PRI of the Team Industrial Services Inc., USA Organization.

EDC can supply you with ISO 9001 manufactured leak sealing enclosures, clamps and products manufactured from ASME code approved pressure vessel materials to strict ASME/ANSI code design and welding requirements and to ASTM specifications.  Equipment can be supplied in varying sizes for subsea and overland environments.

Self Sealing™ Enclosures: - (Product Notes)

Use PRI's reusable SelfSealing™ enclosures and clamps to seal acids, caustics, hydrocarbons, oxidizers and other chemical process leaks - includes steam, air and water leaks.

Keep straight line, union/couplings, 45° and 90° ells and flange leaks sealed securely until your next turnaround, shutdown, or outage. Coatings can be supplied to suit your requirements. Products can be epoxy-coated and applied to underwater as well as overland pipelines.

To install SelfSealing™ enclosures, simply bolt the enclosure on the pipe with vents open, place over the leak, tighten bolts and close the vents - Your leak is then securely sealed.

Flange Clamp Stop Leaks:

PRI's standard, off the shelf, reusable flange clamps stop leaks occurring in standard line flanges. The clamps can be utilized for most flange classes up to 600# ASA ratings and are available in sizes to fit ½" to 24". Larger sizes are available on request.

Custom Clamps:

Manufactured for excessive offsets and gaps, and for any size, shape, temperature, pressure, process and material.

The clamps also fit valve end and equipment flanges found on compressors, pumps and turbines. They are not designed, however, for valve bonnet flanges due to the non standard sizes. The Flange Clamp must be injected with a PRI off the shelf sealant (utilizing a hand hydraulic injection gun) to complete the seal.
